Outdated and abandoned, LibHealComm-3.0 is the successor to IncomingHealsLib, I won't be working on this or IncomingHealsLib anymore.

Does IncomingHealsLib work as threat lib? Meaning you only need the lib to send your outgoing heals or is it only looking in the combatlog?
