82 - No sole buff available for key-binding. Only Group buff there.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to option and choose key-binding page.
2. If a buff has its group version (e.g. Arcane Intelligentce vs Arcane brilliance), only the group version is available for key-binding setup.
3. The problem still persists even I have selected "always single" already.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In several month ago, I can assign key to both sole version and group version of the spell.

What version of the product are you using?
