76 - Watershield doesn't save when in resto

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Well, i have 2 setups for my duelspex. 1. Ele Dps and 2.Healing.

On the healing setup i use earthliving on both weapons, earthshield and i try to save watershield with it but it wont save.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'm not sure why it won't save. Any ideas?

What version of the product are you using?

Latest (2009/08/21)

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Doesn't produce an error.
