60 - Range check for group buffs is wasting reagents

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be in a party or raid and have some members be out of buffing range, some members in range.
2. If members out of range need a buff and one member in range need the same buff, auto buffing keeps on wasting reagents for group buffs, trying to buff members out of range.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Auto buffing should apply group buffs when the number of members configured with the minimum group setting are in range, otherwise single buffs should be used. Members out of range should not be regarded.
In battlegrounds or even raids I often do not want to wait until everyone or a certain percentage of members is in range before I start buffing. As soon as for example 2 members are in range and need a buff, the group version should be applied by auto buffing. Members that need a buff but are out of range should be disregarded.

The test scenario was as follows:

    • Party with 2 members.
    • Both in the same zone but more than 50y away from each other.
    • Wait for Raid = <any value> (tested with 100, 95, 55, 50, 45, 5, 0)
    • Wait for Class/Group = <any>
    • Ignore Absent = <any>
    • Skip PvP Players = yes (none was PvP flagged)
    • Minimum Group = 2
    • Assigned groups = <all>

The result was as described above.

You need to tell me what options you have for the appropriate module. There's quite a few that affect when it'll buff and whether it'll wait for raid members to arrive.
