24 - FuBar icon disappears on interface reload

What steps will reproduce the problem?
The FuBar icon is not available whenever the interface first loads, including when:
- Starting WoW
- Changing characters
- Changing continents
- Entering and exiting instances

What is the expected output?
The ZOMGBuffs icon should be available on the FuBar.

What do you see instead?
No ZOMGBuffs icon

What version of the product are you using?
r34

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error message occurs.

Please provide any additional information below.
You can work around this bug by going into FuBar's options (right click on blank space on a FuBar), selecting ZOMGBuffs from the top left menu, and then unchecking and rechecking "show icon".
