24 - Smart detection of Party/Raid auto-announce option.

Is it possible to have a party xor raid option for the auto-announcement functionality?

Currently the mechanism works something like the following:

  • If it is set to raid, it does not announce in parties.
  • If set to party it does not announce to raids.
  • If set to both, it will announce in both channels.

I think it'd work better if it would work in an either-or mechanism, that will pick the 'correct' channel given the group makeup.
