20 - Cartographer/BigBrother incompatible?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have Cartographer (5/8/09) and/or BigBrother mods loaded
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Blizz loot box appears instead and no sign of the loot rolls/monitor frames

What version of the product are you using?
363release

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log sry

Please provide any additional information below.
