Simple addon to avoid this silliness:

/use Bladestorm
/use Shockwave
/use Dragon Roar
/run SetMacroSpell("MACRONAME", GetSpellInfo("Bladestorm)" or GetSpellInfo("Shockwave") or "Dragon Roar")

Instead, you'll get a macro with the proper ability and icon for all your characters without typing something similar to that mess over and over!

Create macros named t1-t6 and they will auto-update to that talent tier's selected talent. Using /talentmacros will create all six for you.

Doesn't discriminate between passive and active abilities.
