72 - test event button
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I'd like a button (or more than one) to test the speeches I wrote.
Please provide any additional information below.
This button would print all my speeches to chat for a selected event, with reasonable values for the substitutions, so I could see how all the speeches look in the chat frame.

Reasonable values for the substitutions ... I wonder how these should be generated for an event, without the actual event info.
Test buttons for each individual speech? And/or just one for the whole event?
What channel should it use? Always self-chat? The current scenario's channel option? As [select a scenario] ? Using [select a channel] ?
How to test Whisper Target? This can whisper yourself, it can be done, but it duplicates each message because you see it both going out and coming back.
Should this test cooldowns and frequencies? No... but shouldn't there be a way to test those too?
