A new substitution value <enemy> for use in battlecries. Similar to <target> but...
A) If you have a friendly player selected, it will assist off them to determine an enemy target name
B) If you don't have a target at all, will check for a name from threat messages
otherwise uses your enemy <target> name or if all else fails, it simply fails as <enemy> like anything else
