InterfaceOptionsFrame_OpenToCategory_Fix

I have merged the code from this addon into BlizzBugsSuck which fixes various other bugs as well

fixes the issue with InterfaceOptionsFrame_OpenToCategory not actually opening the Category (and not even scrolling to it)

this fix only works for the current live version of wow (as of 6/27/2010) it will print a error message to either upgrade or remove after that (cause who knows maybe blizzard will fix it)

doesn't work in combat as it would taint your UI

still broken for me (even on the PTR)

(the problem is that it opens the widow (always has) but does not go to the category if its not displayed in the list on the left)

InterfaceOptionsFrame_OpenToCategory() seems to work fine now with the default game instalation.

Has this been fixed by Blizzard? And if not, can you update to remove the login spam :P?
