23 - Addon broken since Firelands patch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update your WoW to Firelands
2. try to acces any combatlog
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see a combatlog but ther is "no combatlog information" available

What version of the product are you using?
4.1 release
Do you have an error log of what happened?
no log available

Here is a patch made by me, everything seems to work as far as I can tell.
