2 - Losing Display Window Location

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move grim reaper display window
2. Log off
3. Log on
4. Observe that position has reset.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect Grim Reaper to remember the location after I've moved it.  I have observed that it does not.

What version of the product are you using?
r58

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log available.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have observed that "Saved Locations" in the .lua file is not updating.  This is what I would expect to update.  I have made sure the .lua file is not in use during testing.
