41 - Click to announce timers

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Key/mouse click combination to announce bar timers like in other boss mods.  This combination could be shift+click or ctrl+click or whatever is easiest.  Does not need to be customizable.

Please provide any additional information below.

In certain encounters, it is sometimes easier to click than to speak, or for easy encounters like VOA or Ony PuGs often do not use vent, so clicking a bar to announce a deep breath would be good.  The current option of announcing a timer before it hits (or before it cools down for some abilities) is nice, but it isn't always needed on every single use of that ability, which is why enabling the user to announce the time remaining themselves with a simple click combination I believe would be a good feature.

    I think DBM has it by default but Bigwigs has a few "binding" options for various things on its bars i.e. left click, shift left click and so on. Default or not, I'd like to see this added and was suprised it wasnt there already when I first used DXE

    Absolutely don't make it the default, but an option would be ideal.
