173 - Boss health bar phase indicators

I would love it if the boss health bar in the pane had little indicators showing when the boss is changing phase, on those bosses who change phase based on HP. Something like little lines, arrows, dots or maybe coloring parts of the health bar differently for different phases.

On a slightly related note, it could be good to have DXE spawn a bar warning about incoming phase transition, when the boss is maybe 5% away from the next phase as well.
