142 - Aesthetic config improvements.

Right now it's a bit of a hassle to visually fit DXE into some UIs. Ideally the additions would include the ability to modify the following things using the configuration screen:

  • Font flags (outline, etc) as well as font shadow (including disabling)
  • Element backdrop insets: Currently all element backdrops have a pretty large inset which makes it unfriendly to certain custom borders.When using something like a 1px WHITE8X8 border, there's a 2-3 pixel gap between the backdrop and the border.
  • Element spacing: Again when using a custom border or modified backdrop inset, separate Alerts as well as the HealthWatcher & Pane will touch each other, and being able to change the vertical spacing between them would be great.
