102 - Excluded mounts are still calculated

Excluded mounts are still counted for purposes of how many mounts can still be obtained (and the % of mounts you have therein).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Exclude a mount
2.  Toggle "display exclusions" on and off.
3.  Notice that the # of mounts that can be collected does not change.  And in turn, the % of these mounts you own does not change as well.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Excluding mounts should remove them from the total # of mounts that can be acquired.

What version of the product are you using?
1.0.9.
