37 - Beql no tracker
What steps will reproduce the problem?

Was expecting to see the Quest Tracker. No quest tracker available.
What version of the product are you using?
beql-r209_2.zip
Do you have an error log of what happened?
no error appeared
Please provide any additional information below.
I have checked to see if the tracker is enabled and it must be as the only thing I see is disable quest tracker.
