I'm marking this ticket as fixed, since it only occurs (rarely now) when the tooltip is anchored to the mouse and I have changed the default anchor config away from that.

I'm going to need the tooltip position j(anchor) settings from TipTop and ARL. I cannot reprodce the issue - maybe I'm simply not configuring them in the exact manner to trigger the tug-of-war.

I have a possible temporary fix for this issue.

    --------

When in the display option settings for ARL, set the "Tooltip (acquire)" to any option other than "Mouse", and the "Tooltip (recipe)" to any option other than the one chosen for "Tooltip (acquire)". So far, I've opened and closed ARL numerous times and it has not flickered on mouseover.

I hope this also helps pinpoint what's causing the problem, since I don't know how to Lua code, myself...yet.
