613 - Which toon can learn recipe info in tooltip

What is the enhancement you currently have in mind?

When hovering over any recipe the tooltip should show which of your toons already know the recipe and which toons will be able to learn the recipe (both right now and when skilled up).  When you pick up a recipe or brows through a vendor/auction house you will be able to see straight away if any of your toons already know that recipe or if you should save the pattern and mail it off to one of your alts so they can learn it.

Do you have a method of how this would be implemented?

Armoury, Recipe Book and ProfessionsBook all have tooltip info stating which toon knows the recipe while Recipe Book and ProfessionsBook both provide info about which toons will be able to learn the recipe (both now and in the future when they skill up)

How critical is this enhancement?

Not critical but would be very very very handy.
