443 - Move minimap button via mouse

What is the enhancement you currently have in mind?
Move minimap button using mouse.  Allow adjusting the angle and radius, so it's easier to position.

Do you have a method of how this would be implemented?
Like other minimap buttons, allow moving it via mouse, maybe have option to use shift+right button.

How critical is this enhancement?
Very useful, since in it's default position, it gets covered by other buttons.

    ARL doesn't have a mimi-map icon... there's nothing to attack to the mini-map for it...
