What is the in-game error received (please do not include the list of addons you're running)?
as stated on Curse the FloatingFrames drag area overlaps the ARL  'Scan' button

What did you do with ARL to cause the error/problem?
nothing

Are you running with libraries embedded or disembeded?

How critical is fixing this defect?
absolutely

This is the screenshot u requested on Curse, it really doesnt show anything, but my cursor was on the 'Scan' Button, as u see, the Floating frame tooltip is showing.

Please provide any additional information below.

    Ok with r1201, I've added an option to change where the scan button is positioned on the bar (left or right, default is right). This should alleviate this issue (I hope)... there's so many addons that play around with frames and whatnot it's hard to code for each one.
