- Added enable / disable.  All but config menu is hidden.  All hooks and timers are turned off.
- Added no pet option to the FuBar companion menu as well as a hotkey option.
- Added more variable cleanup to hopefully fix any profile problems.

added scroll bar for FuBar.  Fixed recall bug when using FuBar.
