ZoneDetails 2.1.5 beta: TBC + MoP data validation

    Validate instance/raid data across TBC and MoP clients (2.1.5 beta)

    Fix Coilfang Reservoir level-band transposition on TBC via a 3-way key
    rotation (545=Steamvault, 546=Underbog, 547=Slave Pens).

    Wire up 13 orphaned MoP dungeons/raids to their zones, correct the
    Culling of Stratholme continent to Kalimdor, remove a misplaced
    Naxxramas pin from EPL, swap Tirisfal/WPL to the revamped Scarlet
    Halls/Monastery/Scholomance keys, and re-sort the Northrend dungeon
    shuffle (Zul'Drak = Drak'Tharon + Gundrak, Dragonblight = Azjol-Nerub +
    Ahn'kahet, Grizzly Hills = none).

    Bump all five toc files to 2.1.5.
