What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Add to the end of the buffs for mages "Conjure Mana Gem" (spell=42985, item=33312) if there is no mana gem or if the number of charges are less than 3.

This should be after other buffs are complete.

Please provide any additional information below.

In raids, I often forget to recharge/recreate my mana gem after combat.

The lower conjure mana gems are:
spell= 759 3552 10053 10054 27101, all one charge except for 27101.
item= 5514 5513 8007 8008 22044
