What does the provided patch do?
Fixes the portal part of the addon also added the 2 new portals and 2 new teleports but images have green transparent square when hovered over them
Please provide any additional information below.

but images have green transparent square when hovered over them it is all the images though just not the ones i added i also commented out the code for the regents for the portals and teleports since they are no longer needed

Correct image for Vale is in line below (for Alliance):
