    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Set wait for raid to 100%
    2. Wait for any number of the raid to show up.
    3. The percentage on the minimap icon tooltip never changes from 0%.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    An increase of percent of people present as people show up in range of you.

    What version of the product are you using?
    r197

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No error

    Although I left it out, this obviously messes with the auto buffing as it never thinks the raid is there to be buffed.
