- lets make sure we do not commit mining logs and cachescaches

- fix core for new data access
- run new miner
- rewrote the entire miner we now have data for all instances/bosses loot data and loot access functions have been split into a lib (since i have plans to use the data in another addon) the data lib is permanantly embedded.
- add The Ruby Sanctum
- removed loot data from addon and put that in its own lib so others can access it at well new loot lib uses a lot less tables as such should load faster it also includes loot from all instances

- miner no longer commits due to wowhead changeing lately (and not having all info)
