When i log into my Paladin the Holy Power bar works fine, but only on my Death knight i get the option to MOVE my special bar and attach it or detach it from my Player frame. When i log into my Warlock the Shard Bar is not showing and i can only hide or show the shard bar, but i still cant see it. Then when i log BACK into my paladin the Holy Power bar is UNDERNEATH my Player frame and the Holy Power bar is not working, i will not show the generation of holy power, this has been happening for some time now.
even deleting the WTF Saved variables, and setting everything up again ... it all seems to work untill I log the Warlock, then it all goes back to broken again.
<p>Special Bar Options</p>
the holy power/soul shard/eclipse bars are not coded as well as the DK rune bar and therefor cannot be moved. and as to the shard bar not showing i am not sure it shows up just fine on my warlock. The holy power bar also works just fine after playing my warlock. Not sure why it works for me just fine and not for you.
Currently, only DK bar can move because Zeksie did when he implemented the DK runes bar. The problem is the other 3 bars needed extra coding for them one by one. It's can doable, but... I don't want try mess with them. Maybe someone want but don't except it'll happens soon. :\
Would it be that i have moved my player bars and that the code does not understand that the player UI is as afar down as it is?
Warning : Maybe I'm not right about this because I'm not really sure the whole docking and moving code about the DK runes bar.
The moving DK bar's code is DK only as I know, and the DK bar has nothing to do with Player frame, they're different shit, it only movable with Playerframe if you docking it, it'll moving with Playerframe when you move the Playerframe. (Sure, other 3 class bars can moving with Playerframe too, unless something on Playerframe code went wrong.) But you can move the bar only when you disable the docking option for X-Perl option menu.
So if you want other bars to moving, must port the DK bar's code(for bar moving) to them one by one... (Or create a function that use for moving the bar with all 4 class conditions. But I'm not sure.)
i enabled the option to show for paladins and others, but only as a fix for if you disabled the option on a DK and it caused problems on other chars when you copied profile. undocking holy power bar from my testing causes it to behave b adly
It almost 1 years and no more update or something so just close this old ticket, I guess they already fixed or can't fix or whatever.
Anyway, If you have problem with current X-Perl alpha/release versions, feel free to report them again. :D
