Have you considered adding an option for making frames Mouse-over cast? Being able to mouse over a frame, and cast a spell on the target under mouse, but only if it is on a raid/part frame.

Would that be possible? Will it slow casting or can it integrate just as if we had used a mouseover macro?

That's been possible since.. erm.. WoW 3.0 or so.. maybe earlier.
