since patch i am able to see debuffs\buffs timers on target.

this is annoying since i need to focus on my dots and not every other debuff. anyway i can turn it off and only show my timers? and show the rest without timers like it was used to be?

I could add an option for that yes. You might want to enable the Big option though for target frame, which will double size your own debuffs.
