FPS drops from 70-90 to 1-7 at random times

At random times, no matter what Im doing, my FPS drop to almost nothing. I have disabled the addon and played for 5 hrs, no FPS drop, re-enabled it and the FPS dops between 5-20 min constantly. Only fix is /reload ui. I am not getting any errors, just no FPS on a Geforce GTX 760.
