What steps will reproduce the problem?

See my characters. I see LUA error with a black screen (it stops loading the game completely)

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log as error is output to standard Blizz error, but this is it:

Interface\SharedXML\AddonList.lua:41: attempt to call global 'AddonDialog_Show' (a nil value)

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not too sure if this is an xPerl or a Blizz LUA issue, but I'm posting this regardless. It seems to only be around xPerl as I've tested it with xPerl only first, that gives the error. Trying with other addons without xPerl seems to work fine. As soon as I add xPerl again, this pops up.

Seems like blizz error, but i'll leave this ticket there for a moment.
