What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  As Blood DK or Frost DK, /cast Raise Dead
2. See ghoul appear.   See no way to dismiss ghoul.
3.  Cry.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Without XPerl installled, Blizz interface puts up a small icon of the ghoul to the lower right of the player portrait.
Right clicking on this icon will dismiss the ghoul.  The ghoul is a pet for Unholy DK, but a temporary guardian
for Frost and Blood DKs....  the normal functions for getting rid of pets (PetDismiss(), PetAbandon() )do not work
so we need that button to appear somewhere when using XPerl UF.

Really, Blizzard UI team should NOT doing such thing like this one to force addon authors supports this kind of unusual shit.

The Pet dismissing APIs should works with Ghoul but for some reasons it doesn't works well unless you're using Blizzard's Uniframe shit. Since 5.0 removed something about the spell in macro...or whatever it is.

I don't know if it possible to port that for-the-ghoul-only frame from Blizzard's fucking UnitFrame...it's really funny when ghoul is set as pet but they can't just use default Petframe for it and make us "PITA" after they made a lot of changes on the Ghoul thing and messed it up. /facepalm

I think that using the new dropdown menus will fix that, just wait for me to have a free afternoon
