What steps will reproduce the problem?1. Join raid with other players2. uncheck Show Party In Raid in Xperl options
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The player party frames should disappear, but instead they persist, causing them to overlap Blizzard's raid frames.
What version of the product are you using?3.6.15r796
Do you have an error log of what happened? No error was produced.
Please provide any additional information below. From the screenshot, you can see that the checkbox is unchecked, but the party frame is still showing. Toggling the checkbox does nothing, nor does logging out with it enabled/disabled change anything.
Update: Determined bug to actually be the result of two options conflicting each other.
One-Group Raid Show will override Show Party In Raid, though it is not immediately obvious this is the case. Is this a new option?
I've already seen something similar in the past in a few curse comments, probably it's bugged since pandaria. Also looking in that.
@Asixandur: Go I think this might have happened with the 3.6.15 release actually. I raided on Tuesday and Wednesday, didn't have the issue then. Popped on Sunday for another raid and it was happening.
I'm updating with the Curse client, so I would have any updates you've pushed in that timeframe, if that helps you narrow down which versions worked last. I guess that would mean all revisions of 3.6.15 potentially show this behavior, but not versions prior to that.
Try last alpha, probably I introduced a bug in r779.

Still broken. I tried r801, and for kicks also tried r791, r788, and 3.6.11 - all of them fail to hide party in raid. I know this worked earlier in the week, is it possible it's affected my saved variables?
I'm grabbing an image of my addons from 5.0.5 (r751) and restoring those to test. This is just bizarre! the backup files do not work either. Is it possible this was broken in a hotfix? I don't know how that could break something client-side, though.
Out of curiosity, what is the name of this setting in the \SavedVariables\Xperl.lua file?

Oh man, you know what it is? One-group Raid Show is checked. I've never noticed that option before. Jeez, sorry to have wasted your time with that.
Is there a way to show that one option overrides the other? Perhaps make them radio buttons grouped under the same option rather than items that can both be checked.
Otherwise, I suppose I should make this as an enhancement request instead.

Tharai, can you answer please?
That option is for Arena groups, Use this option to force Party frame shows but not Raid frame... I don't think it related with Show Party In Raid at all. (This one shows both.)
At least I failed to misunderstand the XPERL_CONF_PARTY_SMALLRAID_DESC string means. :p But I tend to about modified XPERL_CONF_PARTY_SMALLRAID_DESC string to reduce the confusing...
