Add an option that enables the energy or rage bar for druids to always be shows even when out of form. This will also be workaround for the bug that prevents the health frame from resizing in combat by not needing it to resize at all.
I would apreciate this a lot since that bug is annoying me a lot and this would be a good feature to see your energy in PvP while out of form.
Deleted.
What?? It's just pointless at all...... Also if you want do this to prevent that piece of fucking Blizzard in-combat secure bullshit, doesn't needed an option at all, we can just show all of rage/energy bars from beginning for Druids!!
The other question is, those bars are not works like that...if you're not in Bear/Cat form, those two should be "nil", how can you show nil on screen? (Maybe I'm wrong, but Blizzard UnitFrame won't do that, right?)
It's not that easy to just adding an option at all! Just like ticket 1389, we cannot do anything with that shit if we don't know how to get that shit right...
Nope, unless someone knows how to deal with the Blizzard secure function bullshit and made it won't taint at all when X-Perl doing that in combat, combat blocked-age by Blizzard is real source and needed deal with their secure methods, else it just throw taint shit like that on your face... It already happens since Patch 3.x to now, I never see anyone tried to do such thing so I just think...ignore that piece of fucking shit.
Firstly your english is terrible especially when you seem angry? Also I'm not the coding expert I'm not the boss saying do this! I'm asking if it's possible, how much work it will take and if it's easy or not?
What I got out of your message was the energy, rage bars show as nil if you're not in form. Maybe an empty space then to extend the height of the player frame so it doesn't need to extend when going in to form?
@Xtcssa: Go
I hate my bad English grammar, and tired about all problem messes by Blizzard and forcing anyone to use their bugged, not-easy-to-get methods to fix their things, it just......whatever. /sigh
Sure, but do you really think it worth to do fixing this minor bug and it's not X-Perl's fault at all? And if not able to show the real value of enegry/rage bar, put two of empty bar would just weird, maybe just put some default value(like 100 or 0 when initialize the playerframe) in but it may cause confusing if notable to get the right value in some situation, like the two bar are not empty and logout, then login... if it's not problem, then it's just has some possibility to happens.........but wait!
Hmmmm...who want to try code this one?... :(
I won't do that, i don't agree with what Excitor0 says. The best way we can manage to handle this problem is the one already in the addon.
The main problem I have here is when you're out of from and then enter combat the other way around isn't that bad it looks weird when the height is larger than normal but well who cares it's functional it's when you enter combat and then go into for form when the height is half of what's it's normally it's really hard to glance quickly up at your health.
And yes it sucks that it's like this and when I'm suggesting is no way a fix but a workaround for the few people that this annoys.
Lastly what part do you now agree with Asixandur and why?
Thanks for looking at this at least.
I really sadly you got annoyed and want to say...
Just go to Blizzard's place and complains on them, but they may not too care.
:(
The problem is clear and not complicated. But the method of fixing it is complicate due to Blizzard's legit way. I guess it maybe why Zeksie decided give up on working about them and leaves from WoW and his addons.....
