    What is the issue?

Please provide any additional information below.

I have 2 accounts on my computer. I would like to copy the settings from one account to the other so that both have the same look, without manually recreating the lay out.  How can i do this?

You can browse to World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\, then select your account name with your X-Perl settings on them. Next, browse to SavedVariables within that folder and copy XPerl.lua.
Now go back to the Account folder and select the account you want to copy your X-Perl settings to, then once again browse to SavedVariables within this folder and paste (Ctrl+V) the X-Perl.lua.

Now open World of Warcraft and login. X-Perl settings should be the same as your other account and you should also be able to type /xperl and load the layout of characters on the already set up account.

It almost 3+ months and no more update or something so just close this old ticket, I guess they already fixed or can't fix or whatever.

Anyway, If you have problem with current X-Perl alpha/release versions, feel free to report them again. :D
