What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I log in and the range checker on target and raid are always faded
2. Party frame will not expand to the Left Right or Bottom, Its stuck in top only
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to walk into range of selected target or raid/party member and it goes from 50% faded to 100 shown.

What version of the product are you using?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
There is no error that i can find.

It show all targets and raid/party members 50% faded at all times till I open and close the option menu then BAM fixed but then I get a memory leak and my frame rate Plummets. I cant be sure its xperl or bartender4, or prat that is the leak problem.
Hopefuly this explains my issue. If more info is needed drop me a message so I can explain it better. As for the party bar still no bug. It just wont change to the other settings.

I have the same issue with the range finder. I had r242, which supposedly *fixed* this issue, odd thing was I didnt have the issue until r242. If its a major hinderance to you, like it was to me, you can back up to the last release version, which is real easy to do with curse client. I was about to try the latest alpha to see if it had been fixed, but apparently not :( Although I never could get it to work properly mby just going into the option menu, so it seems progress is being made.

That version fixed the debuff check which previously only worked when health check was enabled. So it's fading people who don't need heals or cures. Just turn that option off.
