What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install X-perl Unit Frames, open the options click the party tab, attempt to change the anchor to anything other than top.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to change the party frames to an horizontal layout instead of a vertical one. Instead I recieve the error message stated below through bugsack and !buggrabber

3.0.2a r245 - r257

Do you have an error log of what happened?
yes it is as follows:

this issue occurs even when X-perl unit frames is the only addon in the folder.
