Pushing new beta release for testing fixes about removing removable buffs in Combat and some code clean up.

3.6.20 Beta 2 r815

1. Reintroduced the old SecureActionButtons and SecureAuraHeader in the XPerl_PlayerBuffs but with positioning code fixed by sontix. This should fix both buffs above and buff right-clicking to remove in combat, apparently Blizzard's secure methods still needed in this case, stupid combat lockout. :P
2. Removed the out-dated SharedMedia lib 1.0 and 2.0 support, they never works anymore for current WoW, and unused code cleaned up.

(3.6.20 Beta r810's changes)
3. Fixing about "unknown addon chat type" due Patch 5.1 changes about the BATTLEGROUND channel.
4. New Buffs line handling code by Asixandur which based on the code of sontix's, fixed many glitches about buffs line above frame and line warping.
5. Some Monks supports.
6. Code clean up and tweaks.
7. itIT updates and tweaks.
8. Some fixes that I'm not sure.
