3.6.20 Beta r810

1. Fixing about "unknown addon chat type" due Patch 5.1 changes about the BATTLEGROUND channel.
2. New Buffs line handling code by Asixandur which based on the code of sontix's, fixed many glitches about buffs line above frame and line warping.
3. Some Monks supports.
4. Code clean up and tweaks.
5. itIT updates and tweaks.
6. Some fixes that I'm not sure.
