it seems more play on crappy computers then on good (or run WAY too many mods), so lets just make the delay 10 seconds and have people on good computers not have a portrait at login instead, at least for a few seconds, then it'll update for them. If blizz would just fire PORTRAIT_UPDATE at right time on login like they used to before 4.3, this dumb workaround wouldn't be needed.

reduce it to 40 though, i just cannot imagine any person ever having 80 buffs/debuffs similtaniusly. i don't think i've ever had even 40 at once, even with a ton of proc/buff based items in 25 man raids. You're not likely to have more then 1-2 debuffs at once, and probably no more then 20-30 buffs.

Custom highlights now supports buffs as well as debuffs, this will however increase the cpu usage of custom highlights since it's now checking 80 buffs/debuffs per person instead of 40, for every person in group.
