Stripped out the tutorial module. Would need a complete re-write and frankly don't see the point in it at the moment.
Fixed error in highlight module with healing. And probably fixed the thing with healing bars showing with healing highlight turned off.

Some fixes to player buffs.
- Shouldn't get less blank icons now.
- Re-implemented flashing expiring icons.
- Re-fixed the shaman weapon buff cooldown problem.

Hide the SetFocus menu option. It'll never work in it's current state, and this just removes temptation to press it. Recommend binding a key to setfocus (Ctrl-F for example).

Fix bug with xperl making you lose the raid frame any time a raid update was called. (bad joddie calling raidframe:hide) raidframe is the raid tab on the social window. CompactRaidFrameContainer is the new raid frame window.

Attach other player power bars to rune bar so they can be configured.
Known issues:
The option overlaps on non dks.
The option for some reason is only working for druids even though paladins and warlocks share same code (someone else figure this out maybe? it stumped me)

eclypse stuff started. will work if you're a moonkin on login but still need to add in detecting respec into moonkin (in other words, if you don't login moonkin, and change to moonkin later, you won't have an eclypse bar yet)

Now X-Perl marked as 3.1.0 Beta 1, really.(I didn't change its toc to 40000 because it still buggy on Patch 4.0.x) :p
Ticket 695 fix : Temporarily hided/removed the "Set Focus" on frame right click menu, until Blizzard or someone knows how to make it REALLY works again without any possible shitty usage, sorry.(This fix can revert if someone still want it appears, but I don't recommend.)

Ticket 735 : Fixed Power bar and happiness not updating bug in 4.0.
Reverted my r383 fix about ticket 706: I found that was NOT a bug. Please enable "Extend Portrait" or "Buffs Warp" option on Player tab in X-Perl option window when you see the buffs line overlaid with any xp/rep bar in the player frame, sorry about this stupid fix.

Ticket 734 fix : "Errors with disabled buffs in party" fixed, no more error message appears in 4.0.
