Found More files that used GetSpellInfo to pull spellid data from game. Made sure they don't ask server for IDs that don't exist in 4.0

Ticket 735 : Fixed Power bar and happiness not updating bug in 4.0.
Reverted my r383 fix about ticket 706: I found that was NOT a bug. Please enable "Extend Portrait" or "Buffs Warp" option on Player tab in X-Perl option window when you see the buffs line overlaid with any xp/rep bar in the player frame, sorry about this stupid fix.

Ticket 718 fix : Mana bar in target/focus frame should updating now in 4.0.
Client version check for Ticket 732, maybe really not needed later.
Ticket 734 fix : "Errors with disabled buffs in party" fixed, no more error message appears in 4.0.
Fixed a problem cause LUA error about GUILDMEMBERS_TO_DISPLAY when player enter the game world in 4.0.(Needed more check on this!)

Fixed just 1 of the MANY errors in tutorial. most of it needs rewriting if it's ever gonna work again. honestly i recommend people just delete or disable the tutorial folder if you don't like errors with it.

Fix Xperl_assistframe using "this" in several functions cause player is a baddie and missed some when he merged cata branch. re-added joddies dk hack taht disables support for runes to fix lua errors on dks.

Fix for shields not working in highlights. (shields were using two variables, shieldSpells and absorbSpells which was an oversight i'm sure since code wise it was making shieldSpells purple, problem was, there weren't any, they were all defined as absorbSpells heh)
