XLootMaster: Move "Give Random Loot" to a separate function so we don't attempt to calculate random targets every time we open the dewdrop menu but rather when it is actually wanted. Might plug some stray assert()s seen in the field.

XLootMaster - change AceEvent-2.0 schedules in anticipation of a future commit, where :ScheduleEvent/:ScheduleRepeatedEvent will not return a table value.
