Well, first of all - I love this addon, it makes communication in WoW a lot easier, but there is one thing that anoys me very much about - when i get a message and I'm walking forward (pressing [W]) it starts spamming W in the chat window - any way you can make it possible to not mark the writing area when i get a message, just make it pop-up and let me click the area myself. Or if there already is a way to do that, I would be very happy if you showed me.

I agree with this guy on both counts. This addon is awesome (certainly worth a nice donation!!!). But, (again, agreeing with tobischneider dude) the automatic typing in pop-up message boxes is annoying and actually quite problematic (one either ends up sending some odd wwwwwwwwww-looking text, or one has to stop moving in order to close or deselect the chat window, or... worst of all.. you're in the middle of an attack and the window pops up, and suddenly you're typing, and you can't get the damn window to close (because you have to delete all that stupid text you just accidentally wrote) and so you can't attack/move properly.

you know what i mean?

it would be great if there was an option feature that allowed for the dis-activation of this.

im having a prob with wim i like its many cool features but when i open spellbook it always mention in chat box that im not in guild do i have to join guild for it to stop displaying everytime i open it.

try "HideChat" on this website. Sometimes the actual mod cant do what you want, but someone else has thought of it and it helps to at least try to take a look around.

Hi,
There is a minor integration issue between Guild2Guild and WIM.
WIM doesn't handle the repeater in the message and display it.
I'm not sure if the easiest thing would be to fix an hook in g2g or in WIM regarding this.

I just downloaded and installed this, and in going through everything, i tried to look at the chat options. Guild through Custom Chat is there twice, and i can now no longer select any other option.

I want to make a note, I just reloaded my UI, and now the Chat options only show once, so it looks good now... don't know what kind of bug that may be.

when i get a whisper the chat box auto opens so if i am moving i start typing, how do i stop that?

Once I installed this addon whispers that people send to me is only displayed in the WIM Chat box. Is it in any way possible to have them displayed in both chat AND the display box?

The reason for me asking this is because I really only want to utilize the "History" function, I do prefer getting whispers the normal way, as well as replying to them the normal way.

Yes, its possible. You want to go into the chat options and uncheck anything that says anything about "intercepting."

yea the same thing happens too me, also if i linked something, and it linked twice. If i link something else to someone next, it will link once of the last thing i linked, and it will link 2 of what I'm linking this time.

Just a reminder to all: You are more likely to get a response to feature requests and bug reports if you post them on the official site at WIMaddon.com.

It's also good to note that right now Pazza is focusing on the plethora of chat changes coming in 3.5 as they will definitely be breaking WIM. Thanks for your continued support!

had wim for ages but the guild started using Guildomatic for dkp which is great as its via our site but thing is with wim up everyone gets two wispers back with it off they get one wisper back is there anyway to sort this out as i love my wim but i have to have it off for raids which is quite annoying as one of the Main tanks i cant stop and read wispers on boss fights hense loving wim to do it after. btw if you need the mod im talking about to check its here http://www.guildomatic.com/meta/downloads
