Changelog

    *Fixed a lua error that could occur if you try to /r a tell when you weren't whispered.
    *Fixed for party chat not working through WIM
    *Disabled out of date tutorial frame until it's updated. all it does is spam lua errors if it's on.
    *Fixed 2 out of the 3 anchoring problems. 1 is left but it's less severe at least.
