CensusPlus-WhoLib-002.zip is a version that only works with wholib (because Im lazy). Wholib needed a couple fixes to its requeing, and I commented out most of census' hooks and event registrations since wholib can provide similar functionality.

I ran for a while with wholib + prat's "actively query" option turned on.

It was working for a while - then some network congestion hit, and the queue began to fill up with census' whos - there is still some tuning required obviously

updated censusplus.lua to match r97 of wholib. having these 2 versions I can have prat and census background scanning, and do /who's from the console.
