    - Aurabar: Set width of text based on data.width not region:GetWidth()
    The later can return 0 making the text essentially invisible.

    - Fix text cut of for aurabars in some cases
    Strangely the two texts don't behave the same.
    
    This fixes the reported bug, without touching the code too much.
