    Fix Mover Frame not being around dynamic groups

    By:
    - Revert "Tentative fix for jumping auras while moving"
      This reverts commit 93d123f707a991642716b0021bf5f5fe7645bdee.

    - Making ReAnchor only resize the mover frame, as it is only called
      from DynamicGroups DoResize method. Hopefully that's enough.

    Remove autoHiding from triggers without a explicit duration

    That doesn't make any sense, the case where we want to autoHide
    is when we have only a duration, which is handled above.
